The purchase of this machine contributes to increased cutting accuracy, regardless of the size and thickness of the sheet metal. The machine’s rigid frame and high-precision rail guides also allow the operator to ensure precision in cutting large-diameter pipes, while the relatively light aluminum gantry and powerful servo stepper drives provide high acceleration and speed in moving consumables, while reducing operating time. The air sectional system with gas venting in the cutting zone is the most reliable and efficient and is used by the world’s major manufacturers. Powerful exhaust fans provide 100% removal of exhaust gases in the cutting zone, important from an environmental and labor protection standpoint. Constructed from a solid base, the table can withstand the loading from laying of metal sheets up to 50 mm thick, there is also an elevator for metal feeding, which reduces the labor input of the operating personnel. What’s important about this plasma system is that the operator can set up and program the system himself, without requiring a process engineer, and even control the cutting process from start to finish.
