Description
Low-pressure steam boilers (industrial steam generators) are fully automated devices consisting of a two-way heat-tube steel boiler equipped with an automatic burner of well-known brands, such as: “F.B.R.”, “Lamborghini”, “C.I.B. Unigas S.p.A.” and “EcoFlam” (it is possible to install burners from other manufacturers at the request of the customer), a feed pump and a safety and control automation system designed to produce steam with a pressure above atmospheric and a steam temperature of no more than 115 ° C, due to the heat of the fuel being burned. In order to implement various technological processes, a built-in superheater is provided in the boiler design to increase the temperature of the generated steam to 135 °C.
Steam boilers manufactured by DENKAR LLC have now found wide application in various spheres of the economy and its branches such as: industry, construction, agriculture, as well as non-manufacturing or service sectors.
The use of new developments and high-tech equipment in the manufacture of steam boilers allows DENKAR LLC to significantly expand the range of manufactured devices, from 150 kg of steam per hour to 3.5 tons of steam per hour or more. The boilers themselves are not subject to registration with Rostechnadzor bodies, since they meet the requirements for the device of steam boilers with a steam pressure of no more than 0.07 Mpa (0.7 kgf / cm2) and with a water temperature of no more than 388K (115 ° C).
Currently, low-pressure steam boilers manufactured by DENKAR LLC are a fully automated device with an intuitive control and safety system that allows to eliminate the human factor as much as possible. Additional metal consumption of boilers and auxiliary equipment of well-known European and domestic manufacturers can significantly increase the reliability and service life of the devices. All manufactured steam boilers comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 032/2013 “On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure” and are confirmed by a certificate of conformity.
