Types of Service Works

The service department of the company LLC “DENKAR” welcomes you and offers a full range of services commissioning, repair, restoration, maintenance, delivery of consumables and spare parts for the equipment produced, under the trademark “DENKAR”, as well as other domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Services provided by the service department:

  • Carrying out commissioning work
  • Warranty repair of DENKAR equipment
  • Sales of consumables and accessories
  • Repair of equipment after the warranty period of the following manufacturers: “DENKAR”, “Alfapak”, “Potential”, “Thermopack”
  • Manufacturing of high-pressure hoses (steam line)
  • Spare parts and consumables catalog
  • Advice on operation and maintenance of DENKAR equipment

Guarantee maintenance

The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months from the moment of equipment transfer to the buyer.

Warranty maintenance of the equipment is provided during the entire warranty period subject to the following rules:

  • Compliance by the consumer with the operating rules described in the attached documentation for the equipment;
  • Compliance by the consumer with safety requirements and compliance with the equipment operation rules specified in the attached documentation.

To request warranty repairs, please fill out a request for repair and fax it to +7 (4862) 44-34-21 or email it to service1@denkar.ru and it will take two business days after receipt to process the request.

After examining the application, the service employee will contact you to clarify the causes and circumstances of the defect, as well as to agree on measures to diagnose and repair the equipment.

To perform a diagnosis, you can:

  • Provide equipment to the service area (as agreed with the service manager);
  • Call a service technician to your territory, to the place of installation of the equipment, paying the cost of the call of a specialist in accordance with the current rates of the service.
