Description
Medium-pressure steam boilers (industrial steam generators) are fully automated devices consisting of a two-way heat-tube boiler with a reversible combustion chamber equipped with an automatic burner of well-known brands such as: “F.B.R.”, “Lamborghini”, “C.I.B. Unigas S.p.A.” and “EcoFlam” (possible installation of burners from other manufacturers at the customer’s request), a feed pump (a group of feed pumps) and regulation designed to produce saturated steam with an operating pressure of up to 1.6 Mpa (16 Atm) and a steam temperature of up to 201 ° C.
Taking into account the wide scope of application of steam boilers, DENKAR LLC has significantly increased the range of manufactured equipment in terms of productivity from 0.1 to 5 tons of steam per hour or more.
The automation of safety and regulation installed on medium-pressure steam boilers, which is constantly being improved, as well as the design of the boilers itself, makes it possible to eliminate the presence of operators for managing production processes as much as possible.
Additional reliability of steam boilers is also guaranteed by the increased metal consumption of elements working under pressure.
All medium-pressure steam boilers manufactured by DENKAR LLC comply with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 032/2013 “On the safety of equipment operating under excessive pressure” and are confirmed by a certificate of conformity.
