Requirements:

Higher (specialized secondary) professional technical education. Knowledge of Unified System for Design Documentation (USCD), State Standards and other regulatory documents related to the development of design documentation. Proficient PC user, knowledge of design programs (specific programs can be listed).

Experience in a similar position will be your advantage. Responsibility, diligence, attentiveness. Analytical mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and layout of products, main assemblies and systems, while ensuring the execution of a complete set of design documentation with the help of special programs.
Development and coordination of technical specifications for products.
Development of test programs of products, units and systems, participation in tests, analysis and approval of test results.
Development of assignments for strength calculations, analysis and agreement of the results of calculations.
Development of technological charts, instructions, design documentation; actualization of technological documentation.
Control of sample production after receipt of pre-orders and a package of technical documentation.
Control of technological discipline, staff training.

Sales Manager

Requirements:

Higher (specialized secondary) technical education. 1 year experience in the field of sales is desirable. A confident PC user. Good negotiating technique. Developed communication skills, activity, learnability, responsibility, competent speech.

Job Responsibilities:

Study of the state and conjuncture of sales markets and trends of their development (at the regional and industry levels);
Conducting an active search for companies, potential customers, making appointments;
Actively attracting customers (personal meetings, telephone conversations, cold calls);
Clarification of customer needs in the products sold by the company, and coordination of orders with the client in accordance with their needs and the availability of the range;
Contractual work;
Motivating customers to work with the company in accordance with approved sales promotion programs;
Fulfillment of the established sales plan;
Participation in the development and implementation of projects related to the activities of the sales department;
Control of shipment of products to customers;
Control of payment by customers for goods under the concluded contracts;
Keeping records of sales and shipments to customers of the company.
