According to Federal Law No. 426-FZ “On Special Assessment of Working Conditions” (SSAW), a company must provide its employees with safe working conditions that are safe for life and health, excluding harmful and hazardous production factors.
Unfortunately, not all employers conscientiously comply with this law, which puts the health of employees at increased risk, workers may experience occupational diseases, as well as many times the likelihood of accidents at work.
In addition, the SSGT is a necessary procedure when organizing production expansion, changes in the technological process, and changes in the composition of raw materials (or materials). DENKAR thoroughly complies with the legislation of the Russian Federation and cares about the health of its employees, so it regularly carries out SOTS at the enterprise. Our company has created favorable and safe working conditions, has the necessary personal protective equipment, all production is mechanized, employees are timely instructed in safety and undergo medical examinations.
In October 2017, DENKAR conducted a regular SOT at 79 workplaces. As a result of the inspection, 74 workplaces were found to have optimal and acceptable working conditions, and for 5 workplaces, the expert commission developed a list of recommended measures to improve working conditions.
To the implementation of these measures, our company’s management has treated very responsibly, as a consequence of which during the entire period of the company employees have not been recorded occupational diseases, as well as there was not a single accident at work.
