Improvements to the TM-1P packaging machine – no parts are unimportant to us!
Packaging machine TM-1P (semiautomatic machine) has long established itself as a reliable, productive and not too expensive model. It is perfectly suitable for individual and group packaging of bottles, cans, boxes, vials and other not very large products.
The machine is easy to operate and is equipped with an automatic film sealing knife and a pneumatic pusher. Once you set it up for your type of product, you’ll forget about perpetual adjustments, uneven seams and poor quality heat shrinking.
But even in such seemingly simple and efficient equipment our designers have found what to improve to make the work with this machine even easier. Already now in DENKAR machines the design of the upper and lower film unwinders has been changed.
The changes to the top unwinder have reduced the height of the machine, made it easier to unwind film and made the entire machine aesthetically pleasing.
A change in the design of the lower film unwinder has resulted in the film sealing seam being moved downward and important information on the product to be packaged is now uncovered and accessible for inspection without damaging the packaging.
The rigidity of the packer frame was also increased, resulting in less vibration and thus a longer machine life.
